New Information about the ZHS-Card - Simplification by switching to digital processes
In order to enable faster and more convenient handling for everyone involved and for reasons of sustainability, we look forward to being able to start a gradual switch to digital processes at the beginning of the winter semester 24/25.
For the majority of ZHS participants, the ZHS Card will no longer be required with immediate effect. Please only use the digital booking confirmations. Presenting the course booking confirmation (digital or as a printout) is sufficient for access control. If necessary, please also have a photo ID or similar identification document ready.
The ZHS Card will only serve as access authorisation for a very limited number of special groups for the last time in the winter semester 24/25. This group must continue to update/validate their ZHS Card at the ZHS validation terminal at the TUM Campus CiO near the Infopoint on the 1st floor

ZHS Card issue in Munich/Freising
Due to the changeover to digital processes, collection of the ZHS Card is only necessary for a few special groups (we will inform them).
When and where do I have to validate the ZHS-Card?
Only if you belong to one of the few special groups, for example after booking a ticket to gain access to the corresponding sports areas.
Validation is not required for the majority of ZHS Sport participants anymore.
Independent validation of existing ZHS Cards will be possible from 14 October 2024 (only applies to persons belonging to special groups)
