Service outage has been resolved by the operator - everything is back to normal now!
Courses and Basic Tickets are bookable again!
We can only apologize for the unexpected server outage and the chaos it caused! We know that this led to frustration for some. However, we also did not have access to the site and had to wait until the issue was resolved.
If your desired course is fully booked, there is always the option to sign up for the waiting list!
Important information for mountain sports bookings from October 4th:
If you were able to make a booking before the server outage on friday and received a course confirmation for it, please urgently contact us via the contact form on the website! Please send the confirmation as a screenshot or attachment. We have created a special subject for this (Mountaineering_4.10). Please reach out so we can confirm your booking.
In general, for course bookings or Basic Ticket bookings: anyone who has received a confirmation is in.
If you weren't able to get a spot in your preferred course: take another look at our course offerings and feel free to try out a new sport! Perhaps there’s something exciting for you.
