Before booking:
1. find out whether you are eligible to take part at all.
2. Have a look at our wide range of courses in alphabetical order  or use the search by categories - the course programme will be published mid of March (Freising/Landshut/Triesdorf) and beginning of April (Munich).

Booking the Basic Ticket:
All persons entitled to participate in the ZHS sports programme must purchase the so-called Basic-Ticket  once before booking a university sports course (with the exception of members of the "Förderverein"). The booking starts from 7th of April onwards, is a prerequisite for all course bookings and should therefore be made BEFORE the course begins; however, it can be purchased throughout the semester. Unfortunately, the amount is non-refundable and registration is no guarantee of getting the desired course place.

Booking the courses:
Most of the courses are being held in German language; however there are some being marked with "eng" behind the course number, which will only be held in English.

On the day of activation/booking release you have to be quick - ‘first come - first serve’ - so check beforehand whether you have the Basic Ticket and have your IBAN or EC-card ready.

Confirmation of registration
After successful booking, you will receive a confirmation of registration, which you must show to the persons authorised by us (security staff/course leaders) on request, together with your student/employee/sponsor ID.
If you have not been allocated a place, please add your name to the waiting list - we will automatically inform all waiting at the same time if a place becomes available.

Debit of the course fee
The course fee will be debited from your account by SEPA direct debit. Unfortunately another payment method (bank transfer, cash payment or e-payment) is not yet possible at this time
