After having booked the Basic -Ticket, you have the option to register online for all sports courses and free play / training.
Please note that the courses are divided into A (beginners), F (advanced) and L (performance-oriented); it only makes sense to book F- or L-courses if you have the relevant prior knowledge.

To book, please navigate to the respective "Course offer" tab on the homepage and select the course you want; In the course information you will find a summary of the most important descriptions of your course; please also note the different course locations (Munich/Freising/Triesdorf) and different sports halls (on campus, in schools, etc.) - if places are available, these can may booked directly.

Yes, for insurance reasons alone this is mandatory! Online registration is required for ALL courses you are interested in! Without registration, accident insurance cover does not apply.

The amount of the fee depends on the type of course/offer and the status group:

Students pay the first-mentioned course fee; employees, dependents and members of the "Förderverein" pay the second-mentioned, higher fee for the course/offer.

Please refer to our course offer on the homepage for the respective course fees.

Unfortunately, trial-training is not possible for organisational and insurance reasons!

There is no waiting list in the traditional sense, instead there is a notification service: register for this via e-mail notification (similar to waiting list). You can also register for the “free play” and/or “free practice” with your booked Basic ticket. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your Basic ticket. It is also not possible to carry over to the following semester.

As soon as a course place becomes free, all interested parties are informed by the system about this free course place. Then you have to react quickly (first come, first serve) and register via the sports programme.

Quite different, depending on the course. Many courses take place at the TUM Campus in the Olympic Park Munich as well as at the Freising and Triesdorf locations. In addition, the ZHS has rented school gyms in the city for some courses. The outdoor sports in particular take place at various locations. You can find out more about them via the location search on our homepage.

In addition, you will find a map in the course offer section under the location of the respective course (click on it).

Please note: Prerequisite for the purchase of these tickets is the entitlement, which must be acquired BEFOREhand in the corresponding introductory or complete course (bookable under courses).

Only after successful participation in the introductory course is one entitled to book corresponding tickets - a refund of the ticket fees is not possible.
