Under the ‘My courses’ overview, participants can view all booked courses including the course leader, the course period and the corresponding schedule.
Clicking on the table row of a course opens the **Detail view**, in which all the dates of the selected course including the course leader, schedule, location and status are clearly displayed.

Course cancellations can be made either by the ZHS or by the participants.

Announced events/courses may be cancelled in individual cases WITHOUT entitlement to compensation by the ZHS for the following reasons:

• the course day falls on a public holiday
• the course leader is prevented from attending at short notice and no qualified substitute is possible
• disruptions in the course of operations (construction work, repairs, etc.)
• the sports facility is occupied by competitions, further training or other events
• due to weather conditions
• in case of force majeure

We and the course instructors will make every effort to inform all participants in advance (by e-mail) about the cancellation.
Refund of the course fee: 
Should there in a special case be an exceptional claim for a refund, we would get in contact by sending an unsolicited email to all registered participants.

Methodical didactic courses require compulsory attendance, especially in the initial period - please read the course information carefully beforehand and be sure to inform the course instructor via the contact form if you will be absent - thank you! 

For all other courses, there is no obligation to inform us, which is why your place on the course remains valid. However, please inform us if you will be absent for a longer period of time so that we can pass on your place to those on the waiting list for reasons of fairness.

We ask for your understanding that we are not allowed to pass on the details of our course instructors. However, you are welcome to write to them using the contact form.
On a voluntary basis, the course instructors will contact the participants shortly before the start of the course; this enables both of you to get in contact. It goes without saying that we respect each other's privacy in this case - thank you!

Withdrawal/cancellation/travel cancellation insurance/foreign health insurance: 
Withdrawals/cancellations see also => Cancellations. If necessary, please contact the ZHS administration at any time using the contact form; we will be happy to support you. 
However, please note the general cancellation regulations in our ATB/AGBs, including the stated deadlines and processing fees, etc.

In the case of high course fees, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance and possibly also international health insurance contacting the insurance company you trust.

We would like to point out that our security staff will carry out checks in the courses. It is therefore advisable to bring your booking confirmations (digital or printed) together with your student, employee or sponsoring association ID or an official photo ID.

No, the Basic Ticket cannot be cancelled. Unfortunately a refund of the costs for it is not possible. The validity only lasts for one semester and is not automatically renewed.
