Whether young, old, students, alumni or supporters, everyone is welcome - regardless of social, ethnic and cultural background, world view, religion, political conviction, sexual orientation, mental and physical abilities, age or gender. #SportsShouldBeFun-for everyone.

As the former venue of the 1972 Olympic Games, Munich offers excellent conditions for our sporting activities both at the TUM Campus in the Olympic Park and within and outside the city limits of Munich.

The former training grounds of the 1972 Olympic Games, which are currently shining in new splendour after the new construction of the halls and the reconstruction of numerous outdoor facilities, is the home of the Central University Sports (ZHS). Athletes and teams of the ZHS regularly celebrate great successes here, both nationally and internationally.

The ZHS offers a wide range of courses in both popular and competitive sports, from A for aerobics to Z for Zumba. There are almost no limits to the sporting activities, we strive to offer something for every taste.

In addition, Munich and its fantastic surroundings offer numerous outdoor sports opportunities, which are also used by the ZHS and very much appreciated by the participants. At the TUM's water sports field on Lake Starnberg, lovers of sailing, windsurfing and SUP get their money's worth. Just a few kilometres away, the Alps await our mountain sports enthusiasts - from hiking and climbing to alpine skiing and snowboarding, we have a lot to offer here.
